Chipotle Ranch Dip
1 Cup Mayo
1 Cup Sour Cream
2 1/2 tablespoons Dry Ranch Mix
3 diced Green Onions
1 clove minced garlic
1 chipotle pepper from a can, diced
1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice
Mix it all together and serve!

You can also omit the mayo and use 2 cups sour cream....
OR
add more chipotle to spice it up more....
